International Six-Word Story Prize 2026- Global Call for Entries

The International Six-Word Story Prize, titled "168 Untold Short Stories" has officially announced its global call for entries, inviting writers, poets, artists, students, and literature enthusiasts from around the world to participate in this unique literary competition.
The prize aims to promote creative microfiction and encourage concise storytelling through the six-word story format, one of the most challenging and innovative forms of contemporary literature.
This year's themes include Minab School and a range of humanistic concepts such as peace, war, hope, human suffering, children's rights, patriotism, and related subjects.
According to the competition guidelines, all submissions must be written as six-word stories. Each participant may submit up to six entries and is required to provide current contact information along with their submissions.
Winners will receive cash prizes, a trophy, and a Certificate of Honor.
The submission deadline is July 22, 2026.
